Path Dependence and Breakthrough in the High-Quality Development of Vocational Education Internationalization
摘要
Abstract
The high-quality internationalization of China's vocational education is both an objective requirement to meet the needs of economic and social development and a proactive choice for its own development.However,the lag in conceptual transformation,the imbalance between supply and demand,and the constraints of administrative dominance have led to cognitive,technological,and institutional lock-in in the internationalization process of China's vocational education respectively,becoming three forms of path dependence.Reshaping the development philosophy towards intrinsic value,constructing a dynamic professional adaptation mechanism,and promoting collaborative governance among multiple stakeholders represent the future path for the high-quality internationalization of China's vocational education from lock-in to advancement.关键词
