摘要
Abstract
We report a case of a female farmer from the Yichang suburb,aged 68 years,who had been suffering from the infection for 3 years and had a history of seeking medical treatment at a community hospital and receiving blood transfusions.Her hemoglobin was as low as 28 g/L during this visit,and she had been ill for a long time with severe anemia.Routine stool examination revealed hookworm eggs.After active treatment,the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital.关键词
