Effect of individualized management under the motivational behavior transformation rehabilitation model on postoperative nursing outcomes in patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized management under the motivational behavior transformation rehabilitation model in nursing in patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures(OLCF).Methods A total of 126 OLCF patients were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the study group underwent individualized management under the moti-vational behavior transformation rehabilitation model.Outcomes between the two groups included time to first ambulation after surgery,hospital stay duration,compliance score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for pain,Oswestiy Disability Index(ODI)score,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score,incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and satisfaction.Results The time to first ambu-lation and hospital stay duration in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA)revealed statistically significant main effects of group and time,as well as a significant group ×time interaction(P＜0.05).Postoperative compliance scores and ADL scores in both groups were higher than pre-intervention levels,with the study group showing significantly higher scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Postoperative VAS and ODI scores in both groups were lower than pre-intervention levels,and the study group demonstrated significantly lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 6.35％,which was lower than 23.81％in the control group,satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized management under the motivational behavior transforma-tion rehabilitation model effectively improves postoperative recovery outcomes and compliance in OLCF patients,shortens hospital stay,enhances pain control and functional recovery,and reduces the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.关键词
