舒适护理理论在胃癌切除术后患者咽喉部管理中的应用效果
Application effect of comfort nursing theory in oropharyngeal management of patients after gastrectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of a multi-dimensional oropharyngeal management plan based on comfort nursing theory combined with Miao medicine Kaihoujian Spray on oropharyngeal comfort and complications in patients after gastrectomy.Methods A prospective ran-domized controlled design was adopted.A total of 100 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy from August 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group implemented a multi-dimensional interven-tion plan integrating comfort nursing,while the control group received routine postoperative oral care.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Numerical Rating Scale,laryngeal symptom score,Kolcaba Com-fort Status Scale,serum inflammatory indicators,and the incidence of pulmonary infection were used to evaluate the effects at 24 h,72 h,and 7 d after surgery.Results At postoperative 72 h and 7 d,The sleep quality,oropharyngeal pain,and laryngeal symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the Kolcaba comfort score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),white blood cell levels,and the incidence of pulmonary infec-tion in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional intervention plan based on comfort nursing can effectively alleviate oropharyngeal symptoms,improve comfort,and reduce the risk of inflamma-tory response and pulmonary infection in patients after gastrectomy.Its mechanism of action may be related to the improvement of the local microenvironment and physical and mental status.关键词
