Research progress on acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease
摘要
Abstract
Patients with acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease(AE-ILD)are critically ill and experience rapid disease progression,which significantly impacts their survival and prognosis.In terms of pathogenesis,key factors such as the abnormal activation of programmed apoptosis in alveolar epithelial type Ⅱ cells(AEC2),immune-inflammatory cascade reactions,and extracellular matrix(ECM)homeostasis imbalance may contribute to AE-ILD.Biomarkers and clinical prediction models provide important tools for early warning and prognosis assessment of AE-ILD.Regarding clinical di-agnosis and treatment,this paper reviewed the latest consensus and breakthroughs in the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for AE-ILD.The implementation of multiple clinical trials has laid the foun-dation for exploring treatment methods that offer survival benefits for AE-ILD.With the in-depth elu-cidation of pathogenesis,the integrated application of biomarkers,and the optimization of prediction models,the prevention and treatment of AE-ILD will enter a new stage.关键词
