Abstract
Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and integrate the best evidence for the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A systematic search was conducted in relevant Chinese and English databases and websites for various literatures on the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,covering clinical decision-making,guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries,and systematic reviews.Results:A total of 23 literatures were included,and 36 pieces of evidence were summarized from four aspects,the management of dyspnea,cough,fatigue and dry mouth.Conclusion:This study has extracted the best evidence for the management of respiratory symptom clusters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can provide a reference basis for clinical nursing work.关键词
