Abstract
This paper investigates the reinforcing mechanisms of basalt fiber and glass fiber on the properties of foamed cement.Test results indicate that at a fiber content of 5%,basalt fiber yields a flexural strength of 9.37 MPa(an increase of 451%compared with the reference group)and a dry density of 1.27 g/cm3(an increase of 23.3%),with a strength-density ratio of 7.38.Its pronounced percolation network effect significantly optimizes load transfer.In comparison,at the same dosage of 5%,glass fiber achieves a flexural strength of 7.15 MPa(an increase of 320%),while the dry density rises to 1.38 g/cm3(an increase of 32.5%),corresponding to a strength-density ratio of 5.19.Basalt fiber satisfies the dual requirements of strength and lightweight characteristics for structural-thermal insulation integrated walls.Owing to its low cost,glass fiber is suitable for lightweight applications such as non-load-bearing partition walls.关键词
