摘要
Abstract
To enhance the long-term operational stability of municipal drainage pipeline systems,by designing mortars with different mix ratios and silane coupling agent dosages,the influence laws of silane coupling agent dosages on the compressive strength,flexural strength,impermeability and corrosion resistance of pipe interface mortars were systematically analyzed.The results show that with the increase of silane dosage,both the compressive and flexural strengths of the mortar present a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The water absorption rate and impermeability pressure respectively showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and first increasing and then decreasing.In the Na2SO4 solution,the mortar with a 1.5%silane content has the lowest mass loss rate and the highest compressive,flexural and corrosion resistance coefficients.In conclusion,it is determined that the optimal mix ratio is the composite modification scheme with a silicon powder dosage of 8%and a silane coupling agent dosage of 1.5%.关键词
