Abstract
For segregation,pipe blockage,bleeding and slurry overflow in ready-mixed concrete during ultra-high-pressure pumping in super high-rises,this study developed an organic-inorganic composite viscosity modifier with optimal ratio of HPMC,cross-linked modified starch and nano-CaCO3.Via rotational viscometer,inverted cylinder and V-funnel tests,it analyzed the regulation of concrete's rheological properties.Results:0.10%modifier(HPMC 40%,modified starch 35%,nano-CaCO3 25%)increases plastic viscosity by 42%,yield stress by 38%;5-min bleeding rate 0.5%,28 d strength63.2 MPa.It stabilizes350m pumping pressure at35-40 MPa,solving traditional single modifiers'failure to balance fluidity and anti-segregation,providing a new solution for super high-rise concrete.关键词
