Abstract
To study the cracks and their causes in the cast-in-place concrete frame beams of prefabricated dormitory buildings, this paper, based on a prefabricated dormitory building project in Jiangxi Province, systematically analyzes the stress response of the beam body under vertical loads, the development law of crack width, and the constraint effect of stirrups by establishing a refined finite element model. The results show that the stress distribution is consistent with the bending moment and shear force distribution laws of the frame beam in the elastic theory, verifying the validity of the model. With the increase of shear force and load on the beam, the width of the beam cracks shows a gradually increasing trend. The crack width increases with the spacing of stirrups(100,150,200 mm).In conclusion, the cracks in cast-in-place beams are mainly caused by material shrinkage and temperature changes, and develop as non-structural cracks due to insufficient stirrup restraint and lax construction control.关键词
