Abstract
ORC axial flow expander as a key component in the organic Rankine cycle system,its efficiency and stability have a decisive impact on the performance of the whole system.As the core component of the expander,the machining accuracy of the grate tooth seal directly affects the rotor operating life.Existing machining methods easily lead to dimensional deformation and unqualified surface quality.A new method of machining with separate cutters is proposed,dividing the process into three stages:roughing,semi-finishing and finishing,and special non-standard tools are designed for each stage.With the help of three-dimensional software simulation processing,to determine the tool machining space and tool path,to avoid interference between the tool and the workpiece.The improved machining method significantly improves the dimensional and geometrical accuracy of the grate tooth seal,significantly reduces the surface roughness failure rate due to tool damage,and reduces the dimensional overshoot phenomenon caused by stress concentration.Through the optimisation of processing parameters and tool design,a certain type of grate tooth seal as a research object,using the new process method for processing and manufacturing,the three-coordinate detection,the seal diameter deviation of the outer circle are within 0.02 mm,the seal roundness of 0.011 8 mm and 0.010 8 mm,the coaxiality of 0.005 6 mm,which is better than the design requirements.The surface roughness is stable below Ra1.6,and the surface roughness failure rate due to tool damage is reduced from 20%to less than 5%,and the dimensional overshoot caused by stress concentration is greatly reduced,which is of great significance to improve the performance of ORC system.关键词
