Abstract
Combined with an active refrigeration dehumidification and drying device,a PLC-based active refrigeration dehumidification and drying device control system is designed.The research and development process of the control system is discussed from the perspectives of the working principle of the active refrigeration dehumidification and drying device,the overall scheme of the control system,hardware selection,and program design.The system realizes automatic control over the dehumidification,drying and air supply processes of the device by integrating PLC controllers,human-machine interfaces(HMI),sensors and actuators.Adopting a modular design with the Atekon Technology NA300 PLC controller as its core,the system dynamically adjusts the actuators using PID algorithms through the combination of real-time data acquisition and preset process parameters,so as to meet the dehumidification and air supply requirements of the equipment.The human-machine interface provides functions such as parameter setting,real-time monitoring,and fault alarm.Experimental results show that the system has the advantages of fast response speed and high operational stability,meeting the requirements of extreme working environments and significantly enhancing equipment automation levels.关键词
