高速列车转向架轴承的故障检测研究进展
Research Progress in the Field of Fault Detection for Bogie Bearings in High-speed Trains
摘要
Abstract
Flexible movements of the various components in the running gear of trains are enabled by bearings.Sufficient support and stability are ensured,and safe and smooth operation of trains is guaranteed simultaneously.Fault detection is regarded as a major research topic for high-speed train bogie bearings in recent years.However,with the emergence of various new technologies,comprehensive analysis and summary of the developed methods are not available.The structural composition of train bogies is introduced,and the potential fault types of the bearings are clarified.Research progress in fault detection methods for high-speed train bogie bearings is highlighted.The bearing fault detection methods are discussed in three categories:physics-based model methods,data-driven methods,and hybrid model-based methods.The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are compared.Finally,the current challenges and future problems encountered in train bearing fault detection are analyzed.关键词
