Abstract

In the field of public health and safety,in order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity and high infection risk of traditional manual disinfection methods;ordinary disinfection robots have simple functions and cannot achieve precise disinfection,a precise disinfection robot with multiple disinfection methods is designed.The main structure of the precise disinfection robot consists of a differential mobile chassis,a lifting device,a liquid spray device,an ultraviolet lamp group,a six-axis robotic arm,a sensor and other parts.It has three functions:ultraviolet lamp disinfection,all-round spray disinfection and precise spray disinfection.The precise disinfection method uses technologies such as depth cameras,deep learning,and robotic arm control to achieve automatic detection of disinfection targets and precise spray disinfection functions.By comparing manual disinfection and ordinary disinfection robots from multiple angles,the advantages of the relevant functions of the precise disinfection robot are verified.Compared with manual disinfection and ordinary disinfection robots,the precision disinfection robot realizes intelligent and precise disinfection functions,as well as diversified,unmanned and intelligent disinfection methods,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of disinfection.The microbial killing rate of disinfectant and ultraviolet rays are higher than 90%,which meets relevant national standards.The precise disinfection robot realizes multiple disinfection methods,has significant functional advantages,provides a new solution for disinfection work,and has broad application prospects.
