摘要

Abstract

To analyze whether the body structure design of overhead sightseeing vehicle meets the usage requirements,finite element model of car body structure is established,and the static strength and fatigue strength of key welds are calculated and analyzed,standard GB 8408-2018 static strength and EN 1999-1-9 fatigue strength are adopted in verification.Among all the load cases of static strength,the maximum stress of the underframe of the vehicle body occurs at the weight reduction hole of the underframe crossbeam in the S1 load case,and its safety factor is 3.7.The maximum stress of the vehicle body occurs in the S4 load case at the door pillar,and its safety factor is 4.07.Both are greater than the allowable safety factor of 3.5 as required by the standard GB 8408-2018.Under fatigue conditions,the stress at the grade I weld of the curved beam connecting the vehicle body underframe and the bogie is the maximum,15.74 MPa,which is less than the fatigue life of 23 MPa in standard EN 1999-1-9 and meets the design requirement of its infinite life.It is verified that the body structure design of this sightseeing vehicle meets the usage requirements.
