Abstract
"Artificial Intelligence+"is an important force driving agricultural and rural modernization.Currently,"Artificial Intelligence+"empowering agricultural and rural modernization has presented a Chinese model in both logical basis and practical development.From the historical perspective,the empowerment of"Artificial Intelligence+"in agricultural and rural modernization has gone through the embryonic stage,the growth stage,and the deepening stage,achieving a leap from technical grafting to in-depth integration.From the theoretical perspective,it is driven by the triple needs of high-quality and efficient agriculture,livable and industry-friendly rural areas,and affluent farmers.From the perspective of practical logic,the application of artificial intelligence technology in agricultural production,rural governance,and farmers'lives has achieved precise implementation in multiple scenarios.However,there still exist practical obstacles to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas empowered by"Artificial Intelligence+".They include insufficient institutional support and weak financial support,imbalance of research and development entities and disconnection from the transformation of research results,farmers'insufficient digital literacy and shortage of professional talents,inadequate planning adaptability,and failure of collaborative linkage.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the practical effect of"Artificial Intelligence+"in empowering the modernization of agriculture and rural areas through pluralistic paths,including improving the institutional system and optimizing financial supply,optimizing the structure of research and development entities and removing the bottlenecks in the transformation of research results,enhancing farmers'digital literacy and optimizing the supply of professional talents,and improving the planning system and strengthening collaborative interaction.关键词
