林业新质生产力赋能林业现代化:作用机制与实现路径
New quality productivity in forestry empowering forestry modernization:mechanism of action and implementation path

Abstract
With the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023 as samples,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the new quality productivity and modernization of forestry,and uses the entropy weight method to calculate the weights,empirically analyzing the enabling effect of the new quality productivity of forestry on its modernization.The results show that the new quality productivity of forestry has a significant positive effect on its modernization.Its marginal effect is that for every increase of one unit in the new quality productivity of forestry,its modernization is increased by 0.386 units.New quality productivity of forestry effectively empowers its modernization by enhancing the digital literacy of talents,promoting labor force transfer,and advancing the high-end development of industrial structure.This influence shows regional heterogeneity,generally presenting a gradient distribution feature with the highest level in the eastern region,followed by the central region,and relatively lower in the western region.New quality productivity of forestry has a significant positive effect on the ecological system,the management system and the industrial status,among which the improvement of the industrial status is the most prominent.The promoting effect shows a threshold effect which intensifies with the improvement of the economic development level.Further examination shows that this effect gradually increases with the improvement of the modernization level.It is accordingly suggested that the construction of new quality productivity be strengthened in forestry,the level of scientific and technological innovation and digital literacy of talents be enhanced,the labor force and industrial structure be optimized,and regional coordination and system improvement be emphasized to promote the high-quality development of modern forestry.关键词
