Teaching reform and practice of"histology and embryology"for new medical postgraduates based on the OBE concept

Abstract
Medical postgraduate education carries the critical mission of cultivating high-level talents under the"New Medicine"frame-work and serves as a key indicator of the core competitiveness of medical institutions.With the ongoing advancement of the"New Medi-cine"initiative,there are increasing national demands for the innovative capabilities and research competencies of high-level medical pro-fessionals.However,current postgraduate teaching models still face notable challenges,including a tendency toward"undergraduate-style"instruction,"assembly-line"teaching methods,disconnection from scientific research and clinical practice,and a homogeneous evaluation system.These issues make it difficult to meet the talent development requirements of the new era.Taking the postgraduate course Histolo-gy and Embryology as an example,this study redesigns the teaching framework based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept,centering on student interests and research directions.The proposed approach emphasizes modular integration,problem-based learning(PBL),and competency development,supported by a diversified formative assessment system to evaluate learning outcomes.The aim is to offer a practical strategy for reforming basic medical postgraduate courses,facilitating the transition of postgraduate students from"knowl-edge recipients"to"knowledge integrators and innovators,"and ultimately cultivating well-rounded,high-level medical professionals who can contribute to the socialist nation's development.关键词
