Abstract
Globus Hystericus is a classic disease in Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment,with self-consciousness of a foreign body sensation in the pharynx,coughing,swallowing,and stopping at times,and diet and breathing are not affected as the main clinical manifestations.Modern Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of Globus Hystericus is closely related to the rise and fall of the qi of the five organs,which matches the theory of'circular motion'.The article tries to elaborate the intrinsic connection between circular movement and the occurrence of plum nucleus qi from the perspective of circular movement,follow the law of circular movement,take'regulating the middle jiao,taking the four dimensions into consideration,transporting the axis and travelling the wheel,transporting the wheel and repeating the axis'as the guiding principle,in order to restore the circular movement of the human body's qi,and take'replenishing the earth,dredging the liver,nourishing the heart,benefiting the kidneys,and lowering the lungs'as the treatment hand,in order to provide new clinical diagnostic ideas.It also takes'tonifying the earth,dredging the liver,nourishing the heart,benefiting the kidneys and lowering the lungs'as its therapeutic hand,with a view to providing new clinical diagnostic ideas.关键词
