Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Yangwei Wenpi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 94 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer who visited the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hukou County,Jiangxi Province from February 2022 to February 2024 were enrolled and rando mLy divided into an observation group and a control group,47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with quadruple therapy.The observation group was given Yangwei Wenpi Decoction in addition.The serum inflammatory factors and immune function index levels were measured and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal mucosal pathological change scores of the two groups were compared.The efficacy and Hp clearance rate of the two groups were compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum interlukin(IL)-17 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the Yangwei Wenpi Decoction group decreased more than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05);The increase in CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+and the decrease in CD8+T lymphocytes in the Wenpi Decoction group were greater than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal mucosa in the Yangwei Wenpi Decoction group were The decrease in histopathological change scores was greater than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05);the Hp clearance rate and total effective rate in the Yangwei Wenpi Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05);gastrointestinal reactions and rashes in the two groups of patients There is no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangwei Wenpi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy can improve the inflammatory response and immune function of patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer,promote gastrointestinal mucosal repair,and has reliable efficacy and high safety.关键词
