摘要

Abstract

Insulating coating application to pole-mounted transformer tap changers prone to metal exposure faults can enhance the reliability of power supply,and the live insulating spraying system based on drones ensures personnel safety and improves operational efficiency.An insulation spraying scheme for 10 kV pole-mounted transformers was designed on SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation platforms,and spraying parameters were set.The nozzle spraying pressure range was set between 0.2-0.4 MPa,with spraying time in 1 second,and in application of point spraying to optimize the spraying effect.The nozzle diffusion angle,spraying angle,and distance were set as variables for simulation.The research results show that the best spraying coverage is achieved when the nozzle diffusion angle is 30°,the spraying angle is 15°,and the nozzle distance from the equipment is 0.65 m.The spraying scheme was validated through on-site spraying operations,confirming that the critical parts of the pole-mounted transformer received effective insulation protection after spraying,which enhances the stability and safety of the power supply.
