摘要

Abstract

The lower the speed,the smaller the operation vibration of the compressor,and the longer the service life.To achieve low compressor speed,a diffuser blade with large camber and low loss with 1.78 load coefficient of ultra-high load is designed,which reduces the speed from the conventional speed of 700 r/min to 330 r/min.By numerical calculation method,the flow field of the ultra-high load compressor stage is simulated,and the performance and flow characteristics of the compressor are analyzed.The results show that the flow loss in the compressor stage from design point to stator blade channel is small with high design point efficiency,and the rotor blade channel is not prone to generating flow separation,and has high stable operating margin.
