车用锂离子电池散热系统设计及结构优化
Design and Structural Optimization of Cooling System for Automotive Lithium-ion Batteries
摘要
Abstract
With regard to the significant effects of thermal characteristics on the performance of batteries thermal,this paper proposes a battery thermal management system consisting of multiple heat dissipation components coupled with each other,and optimizes the design of liquid cooling plates,phase change materials and heat pipes,so as to control the temperature of lithium-ion batteries in a reasonable range.SolidWorks are applied for modeling and the model is simulated and analyzed by Fluent.The reach results show that the reasonablly-designed heat dissipation structure of the battery module,along with the coupled cooling system,can maintain the highest temperature and highest temperature difference of the battery module within a reasonable range under different ambient temperatures and high rate discharge conditions.关键词
