基于数值模拟的空调集成灶送风关键参数研究
Research on parameters of air supply of air-conditioning integrated cooking appliances based on CFD simulation

Abstract
To address the critical challenge of maintaining kitchen thermal comfort while mitigating the interference of conditioned air on cooking-fume capture,this study employs an air-conditioned integrated stove as a representative case.Based on orthogonal experimental design,numerical simulations were conducted to evaluate the effects of various supply-air parameters on fume-capture efficiency under active ventilation.Spatial contaminant concentration was adopted as the primary performance indicator,revealing that exhaust flow rate,supply-air outlet width,supply-air temperature differential,baffle angle,baffle width,and supply-air velocity constitute the key influencing factors.Subsequent single-factor analyses systematically elucidated the quantitative relationships between each parameter and fume-capture effectiveness,enabling the identification of an optimal supply-air configuration characterized by markedly reduced spatial contaminant levels.Validation via Predicted Mean Vote(PMV)assessments across occupant body regions confirmed that the proposed parameter set simultaneously satisfies human thermal-comfort criteria in kitchen environments.The findings provide scientifically grounded design guidelines for key parameters in air-conditioned integrated stoves and offer a replicable methodological framework for reconciling the inherent conflict between thermal-comfort enhancement and fume-capture integrity in residential kitchens.关键词
