Abstract

Current analysis of healthy particle dispersion relies heavily on experimental testing,which lacks analysis of the air-particle coupling interaction.These testing methods are often associated with high costs and long cycles,hindering rapid technological iteration.To address the issues of high experimental expenditure and the absence of dynamic observation in the research of healthy particles related to air conditioner development,CFD software was used as a tool to investigate the dynamic process of particle dispersion through simulation,aiming to fill the current research gap.By establishing a CFD-DPM coupled simulation model,the concentration distribution and dispersion time of the particles—the two main indicators—were solved and analyzed.The accuracy of the simulation model was validated through comparison with experimentally measured values.The results demonstrate that the simulation model clearly reveals the particle dispersion trajectories and distribution patterns.The error for key indicators between the simulation results and the measured values remains within 20%.The method can provide reference for subsequent related research and testing analysis.
