Abstract
The sealing structure of compressor has great influence on compressor performance.In order to study the sealing effect of metal sealing ring on compressor,the static simulation and leakage calculation of metal sealing ring were carried out.The effects of pressure difference and initial compression rate on the structure and performance of C-shaped sealing ring are analyzed by simulation.The results show that full rebound can be achieved when the compression ratio of C-ring is less than 5%.Through theoretical calculation,the leakage rate of C-shaped sealing ring under different media pressure difference is obtained,which provides reference for the design and performance calculation of the metal sealing ring for the compressor.关键词
