摘要

Abstract

Addressing the issue of inaccurate life prediction for air conditioning electrolytic capacitors in complex temperature environments,a new life modeling method based on actual operating temperature distribution is proposed.Based on the"temperature-time"distribution characteristics of typical cities'annual cooling and heating conditions in national standards,a life prediction model integrating multiple temperature zones and cumulative damage theory is constructed.The comprehensive impact of temperature distribution,central temperature rise,and ambient temperature on the capacitor aging process is systematically analyzed.The results show that compared with traditional single high-temperature evaluation methods,this model significantly improves the accuracy of life prediction,more realistically reflects the cumulative aging effect under actual operating conditions,and provides an effective theoretical basis for the reliability design of air conditioning power systems and capacitor selection.
