Abstract
In the coupled shear wall structural system,shear walls are interconnected by coupling beams to resist lateral forces collectively.Under strong seismic events,coupling beams dissipate seismic energy through yielding deformation.Replaceable coupling beams consist of energy-dissipating beam segments at midspan and non-energy-dissipating beam segments at both ends,connected by bolts to facilitate post-earthquake repair and replacement.The finite element models of steel plate silo-concrete composite shear walls with replaceable coupling beams under eight different coupling ratios were established using ABAQUS software.Monotonic pushover and cyclic loading analyses were conducted.The results indicate significant differences in seismic performance and failure characteristics under varying coupling ratios.With a low coupling ratio,the replaceable coupling beam fails first,leading to the failure of the coupled system.With a high coupling ratio,composite wall limbs fail prematurely before the replaceable coupling beams fully dissipate energy.When the plastic coupling ratio ranges from 43%to 47%,and the ratio of plastic to elastic coupling ratios remains below 90%,the replaceable steel coupling beams yield and dissipate energy before the composite wall limbs,achieving favorable seismic performance for the structure.关键词
