摘要

Abstract

In order to reveal the degradation law of mechanical properties of Q235B steel in an industrial-coastal atmospheric environment,this paper experimentally investigates the mechanical properties of corroded specimens,and develops a time-varying constitutive model and an accelerated corrosion time correlation model.Firstly,by simulating the industrial-coastal atmospheric corrosion environment,corrosion tests with different cycles were conducted and monotonic tensile tests were carried out on the corroded specimens.Secondly,a time-varying constitutive model of Q235B steel in an industrial-coastal atmosphere was proposed based on the experimental results,and a numerical model was developed to verify its effectiveness.Finally,a correlation model between the accelerated corrosion time of the specimens and the actual service life in the industrial-coastal atmospheric environment was established.The results show that the increase of corrosion cycle changes the failure mode of steel from ductile failure to brittle fracture failure.The yield strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation after fracture are negatively correlated with the corrosion cycle.The error between the numerical model results and the experimental stress-strain curves is less than 6.5%.160 days of accelerated corrosion in laboratory is equivalent to 54 years of service in the actual environment.These findings indicate that the proposed steel constitutive and correlation models can be used for the modeling and evaluation of Q235B steel in the industrial-coastal atmospheric environment.
