Abstract
The Yida New Materials Plant Project in Thailand is a representative case of a Chinese engineering enterprise undertaking a high-standard plant construction in Southeast Asia under the engineering,procurement,and construction EPC model.Confronted with challenges such as Thailand's protracted rainy season,volatile supply chains,and regulatory and cultural differences,the project team established a systematic management framework that includes:a"rolling-window"dynamic schedule,the integration of Chinese and Thai standards,BIM plus digital-twin technologies,community-oriented safety management,a dual-track talent pipeline,and flexible ESG design.Practice demonstrates that integrating a global perspective with localized wisdom-achieved through dynamic adaptive management and cultural innovation-is the key to success in overseas EPC projects.The replicable experience distilled from this study can inform decision-making for Chinese enterprises undertaking similar projects in Southeast Asia.关键词
