摘要
Abstract
This study examines the structural contradictions inherent in remuneration standards within China's Architect Responsibility System. It traces the historical evolution of the architect compensation framework and identifies a systemic misalignment between current fee structures and the demands of full-process services, particularly in service scope, calculation methods, and market dynamics.Drawing on insights from pilot reforms in Shanghai,Shenzhen, and Xiong'an New Area,a three-phase pathway is proposed. The initial phase advocates for government-guided clarification of service scopes and fee baselines. The intermediate phase introduces outcome-based metrics, performance incentives, and risk-tiered pricing to generate empirical data. The long-term phase envisions a legislative and self-regulatory ecosystem, supported by digital tools, that integrates credit evaluation into remuneration adjustments, thereby shifting industry competition from price to quality and reputation. This framework offers a theoretical foundation for developing a distinctive remuneration system aligned with the Chinese context.关键词
