Abstract
As China's urban development transitions into a stage of stock regeneration and quality enhancement,the renewal of historic urban areas must balance quality upgrading with cultural heritage preservation.Taking the Caita District in Shenyang as a case study,this paper examines its locational conditions,resource endowments,and developmental challenges.Guided by the theory of organic renewal and the integrated concept of"four-dimensional harmony"(spatial form,ecological landscape,cultural context,and functional vitality),the study clarifies the district's functional positioning as an"international high-end business cluster"and defines its distinctive spatial structure.Furthermore,it refines multi-dimensional planning implementation strategies and innovatively constructs an implementation framework to ensure effective delivery.By evaluating the comprehensive outcomes of the planning implementation,the paper summarizes practical experience in the organic renewal of historic urban areas,offering transferable insights and methodologies for the regeneration and upgrading of similar districts.关键词
