摘要
Abstract
This study investigates the synergistic mechanism between on-site industrialized construction and prefabricated construction.Through an in-depth analysis of their similarities,differences,and complementarity,it systematically explores the theoretical value and practical implications of their integration in construction management.Drawing on synergetics theory,a three-dimensional synergistic mechanism encompassing technology and process,construction site,and organizational management is proposed.Leveraging technologies and management approaches such as BIM,digital twins,and lean management,this mechanism is designed to facilitate the industry's transition toward intelligent,standardized,and efficient practices.关键词
