摘要
Abstract
Focusing on the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the Na-tional Level, this article reviews the safety mon-itoring measures-covering the settlement,incli-nation,cracks,vibration,and groundwater level of the building-during the construction and opera-tion of the nearby urban rail transit by analysing the monitoring data collected over eight years. The results reveal that the construction of foundation pit structures during the rail transit construction poses the greatest risk to heritage buildings;while during the operation phase, monitoring data var-iations become more pronounced in areas closer to the pits and tracks of station foundation. The article suggests that urban rail transit planning should avoid heritage buildings, and the construc-tion of metro stations within the protection zones of heritage buildings should be prohibited. It em-phasises the necessity of safety monitoring for her-itage buildings along rail transit lines, with mon-itoring methods determined by local geological conditions. It further recommends a technical route combining manual and sensor-based monitoring during construction and operation phases, enabling the use of monitoring data to verify the safety thresholds of key indicators, identify problems in a timely manner, and take effective measures.关键词
