摘要
Abstract
China has faced increasing urgency in existing building renovation and a severe shortage of affordable rental housing.The"conversion of non-residential properties to affordable rental housing"has become an effective solution,but there is currently a lack of research on the post-occupancy evaluation of such projects.Through on-site surveys and questionnaire data analysis,this paper sorts out the current usage and existing problems of these projects,clarifies key improvement priorities,and proposes targeted renovation strategies.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for future projects.关键词
