摘要

Abstract

The molybdenum ore in Nannihu Mine of Henan Province is a quartz-feldspar vein type ore.The grades of molybdenum and copper in the ore are 0.093 9% and 0.004 6%,respectively.The oxidation degree of molybdenum is relatively low and it mainly exists in the form of molybdenite.The particle size distribution is uneven and some are associated with other metal sulfides and gangues.[Objective]In order to recover molybdenite from molybdenum ore more effectively,[Method]beneficiation experimental research was carried out.[Result]When the grinding fineness was-0.074 mm 5.23%,using kerosene as the collector and 2#oil as the frother,and adopting the flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning and two scavenging,molybdenum rough concentrate with a grade of 5.68% and a recovery rate of 92.17%was obtained.At the condition that the molybdenum rough concentrate was reground to-0.038 mm 87.50%,TN-2 with higher cost performance was used as the non-molybdenum sulfide ore inhibitor,and the process of one roughing,four cleaning and three scavenging was adopted to obtain molybdenum concentrate with a molybdenum grade of 52.09% and a recovery of 89.63%.The grade of the concentrate was 2.96 percentage higher than that of sodium thioglycolate as the inhibitor,and TN-2 showed better selectivity.[Conclusion]The research provides technical references and methodological references for the development and utilization of this type of ore.
