两种钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of Endobutton loop plate and clavicular hook plate internal fixation on the acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods The 110 acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients were divided into the clavicular hook plate group(treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation,55 cases)and the Endobutton loop plate group(treated with Endobutton loop plate internal fixation,55 cases)according to the random number table method.The perioperative indicators,ligament healing time,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.The pain VAS was used to evaluate the degree of pain relief,and the Constant-Murley score was used to as-sess the recovery effect of shoulder joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 12-15(13.57±1.05)months.The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,ligament healing time,and the incidence of postoper-ative complication:The data of the Endobutton loop plate group were all superior to the clavicular hook plate group(P＜0.05).The pain VAS and Constant-Murley scores at 3 and 12 months postoperatively were significantly better in the Endobutton loop plate group than those in the clavicular hook plate group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with clavicular hook plate,Endobutton loop plate internal fixation for acromioclavicular joint dislocation has the advan-tages of less intraoperative blood loss,effective promotion of ligament healing,and fewer postoperative complications.In addition,which can relieve patients'pain and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.关键词
