Abstract
Objective:To develop a multifunctional injectable hydrogel for oral minimally invasive therapy and evalu-ate its properties.Methods:A polydopamine-modified cellulose nanocrystal/dopamine-drafted hyaluronic acid(PCNC/HA-DA)hydrogel was constructed.Its shear-thinning and self-healing properties were assessed via rheological tests,biocompati-bility with human periodontal ligament cells was examined using CCK-8 assay and live/dead staining,antibacterial and anti-biofilm activities against Streptococcus mutans and Enterococcus faecalis were evaluated by plate counting and crystal violet staining.Results:The hydrogel exhibited significant shear-thinning and rapid self-healing capabilities,allowing smooth injec-tion.Cell experiments confirmed favorable biocompatibility.It showed significant inhibitory effects against both pathogens and effectively suppressed biofilm formation.Conclusion:The PCNC/HA-DA hydrogel integrates injectability,wet-adhesion,anti-bacterial activity,and favorable cytocompatibility,demonstrating potential for oral minimally invasive applications.关键词
