Ferroptosis in gastric cancer:mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,ferroptosis has garnered increasing attention among researchers.Ferroptosis not only plays a pivotal role in proliferation and migration of tumor cells,but also influences tumor initiation and progression.Although significant progress has been made in ferroptosis research,the specific mechanisms underlying its function in gastric cancer,particularly its interplay with other cell death modalities,require further elucidation.Concurrently,researchers are actively exploring therapeutic targets related to ferroptosis to develop novel strategies for gastric cancer treatment.This review systematically analyzes the role of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,evaluates its feasibility as a potential therapeutic target,and discusses future research directions and clinical application prospects.关键词
