Abstract
Field emission scanning electron microscopy,as one of the essential large-scale instruments for material characterization,played a crucial role in both university teaching and scientific research.Taking the domestically produced KYKY-EM8100 field emission scanning electron microscope from Zhongke Ke Yi as the research subject,this study explored the establishment and implementation of maintenance standards and operational procedures by combining practical equipment maintenance and management cases.The results show that regularly executing scientific maintenance plans and implementing standardized management could effectively reduce equipment downtime and improve utilization efficiency.The findings provided a reference basis and practical guidance for the maintenance and standardized management of domestically produced field emission scanning electron microscopes in universities.关键词
