从国际产业合作竞争角度看中药知识产权的保护
Examining the Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intellectual Property From the Perspective of International Industrial Cooperation and Competition

Abstract
The varieties,formulations,quality indicators,and preparations of traditional Chinese medicine represent the crystallization of scientists'wisdom and innovative achievements,demonstrating significant advantages in clinical treatment.However,due to the unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine not aligning well with China's patent system,the actual situation of intellectual property rights in traditional Chinese medicine is not optimistic.This study,by drawing insights from relevant literature and discussing instances of combining traditional Chinese medicine with advanced technology and theories.It explores the need for a specialized intellectual property protection system centered around traditional Chinese medicine,pointing towards the future direction of safeguarding traditional Chinese medicine intellectual property.Analyzing from the perspective of advancing the internationalization and modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,the study suggests that innovative research on traditional Chinese medicine should be integrated with advanced international technology and medical theories.Strengthening interdisciplinary communication related to traditional Chinese medicine is of significant importance for effective intellectual property protection.The aim is to facilitate the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine,enabling its entry into global markets,while also helping the traditional Chinese medicine industry in establishing protective barriers for knowledge to prevent unwarranted loss of traditional Chinese medicine intellectual wealth.关键词
