多孔花状CuO/ZnO纳米材料在甲醛气体传感中的应用
Application of Porous Flower-like CuO/ZnO Nanomaterials in Formaldehyde Gas Sensing

Abstract
Utilizing a straightforward hydrothermal approach,porous flower-like CuO/ZnO nanomaterial was synthesized to enable high-performance formaldehyde gas sensing at room temperature.It′ s demonstrated that the formaldehyde response of the CuO/ZnO nanomaterial reached 12.99%at 0.9 ppm and 152.39%at 19.1 ppm,which is about 5.59 times and 6.51 times higher than pure ZnO.The calculated formaldehyde detection limit of CuO/ZnO nanomaterial is as low as 0.476 ppm.The response time of CuO/ZnO to 2 ppm formaldehyde is 16 s faster than that of ZnO.The excellent formaldehyde sensing performance of CuO/ZnO is mainly attributed to the efficient separation of charge carriers promoted by the p-n heterojunction,which is confirmed by experimental results obtained from surface photovoltage measurements.This study provides valuable insights and references for the development of high-performance gas-sensing materials.关键词
