Exploration on Labor Spirit Cultivation of Nursing Major under the Background of"Internet+"
摘要
Abstract
In the era of"Internet+",the application of modern technology has penetrated into the field of education,which has also brought new opportunities and challenges for the innovation of nursing education mode in higher vocational colleges.This paper focuses on the current situation of labor spirit cultivation of nursing major under the wave of"Internet+"education,analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional mode,and details the demands for nursing talents' quality in the new era.The development of nursing major in higher vocational colleges should be based on the integration of online and offline,virtual simulation practice,personalized teaching,the development of teaching staff and construction of multiple evaluation system.By these means we can innovate the education mode and cultivate compound nursing talents with labor spirit,who will meet people's health needs,and have both professional ability and information literacy.关键词
