温疫学派对疫后诸证的诊治特色研究
Study on Diagnostic and Therapeutic Characteristics of Epidemic School on Post-Epidemic Symptoms

Abstract
Post-epidemic symptoms are a series of symptoms that appear during the recovery period of epidemic disease.In the Ming and Qing dynasties,the epidemic school led by WU Youke had formed a systematic understanding and diagnosis and treatment system for this.Through combing the writings of the physicians,it is found that the post-epidemic symptoms includes the recurrence of the symptoms and the symptoms of after recover.The Epidemic school emphasizes the importance of the recur-rence of the symptoms,and puts forward that injuring blood and depleting Qi is the main pathogenesis of the recurrence due to fa-tigue,and it is recommended to nourish the body and fluid by protecting the stomach Qi,clearing deficiency heat and tonifying spleen and kidney.Epidemic disease should pay attention to dietary regulation in the late stage.For the recurrence due to accumu-lation of and food,the mild patients can be treated by promoting digestion and the serious ones can be treated by eliminating meth-ods.Deficiency of positive Qi is prone to recurrence,and guarding the vital Qi can make it recover.The Epidemic school also dis-cussed nearly 20 kinds of syndromes after recovery,the pathogenesis of which mainly include residual heat not yet exhausted,weakness of spleen and stomach,phlegm-heat internal disturbance,and subject-object interactions,and the corresponding char-acteristics of medicines have been formed for the different disease conditions.Summarizing the diagnostic and therapeutic charac-teristics of the Epidemic school for the syndromes after recovery has an important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
