半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗短暂性脑缺血发作对眩晕、平衡和血脂的影响
Influence of Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤加减)on Vertigo,Balance and Blood Lipids in Treatment of TIA

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(半夏白术天麻汤加减)on ver-tigo symptoms,balance ability and blood lipids in the treatment of transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods A total of 118 pa-tients with TIA who were treated in the hospital from April 2022 to January 2025 were selected as research subjects,and were ran-domized into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while those in the study group were combined with Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of TCM symptoms,balance ability[Fugl-Meyer lower extremity motor function assessment scale(FMA-LE),Berg balance scale(BBS)],blood lipids[high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)]and endothelial function indicators[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Re-sults After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes and the levels of LDL-C,TG,TC and ET in the two groups were de-creased while the scores of FMA-LE and BBS and the levels of HDL-C and NO were increased(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modi-fied Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of TIA can significantly improve the vertigo symptoms,the balance ability and the blood lipids,and optimize the endothelial function,and it has positive clinical significance.关键词
