中药督脉熏蒸治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床观察
Clinical Observation on Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae with Du Meridian Fumigation with Chinese Drugs

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Du meridian fumigation with Chinese drugs combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets(妇科千金片)in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)sequelae.Methods A total of 114 pa-tients with PID sequelae admitted to the hospital from September 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The Qianjin Tablets group was treated with Fuke Qianjin Tablets,while the fumigation group was treated with Du meridian fumigation with Chinese drugs combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets.The clinical efficacy,color Doppler ultrasound parameters,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,visual analog scale(VAS)scores and differ-ences in microRNA-34a(miR-34a),silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the fumigation group was 92.98％,higher than 78.95％in the Qianjin Tablets group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in color Doppler ultrasound parameters between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the pulsatility index(PI),resistance Index(RI)and pelvic effusion depth decreased,while the maximum peak flow velocity(Vs)increased in both groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the values of PI,RI and pelvic effusion depth in the fumigation group were lower,and Vs was higher than that in the Qianjin Tablets group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in miR-34a,SIRT1 or inflammatory factors between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleu-kin-8(IL-8),miR-34a and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)decreased,while the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),SIRT1 and interleukin-10(IL-10)increased in both groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of miR-34a,ICAM-1 and IL-8 in the fumigation group were lower,and the levels of SIRT1,IL-2 and IL-10 were higher than those in the Qianjin Tablets group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in TCM syndrome scores or VAS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores decreased in both groups(P＜0.05)and the scores in the fumigation group were lower than those in the Qianjin Tablets group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Du meridian fumigation with Chinese drugs combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets can inhibit inflammatory reactions,alleviate the symptoms,improve the local pelvic microcirculation and enhance the therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of PID sequelae.关键词
