Abstract
In order to explore the failures prevention and control and equipment maintenance solutions for rigid dump trucks in open-pit mines,this article focuses on such trucks and analyzes the characteristics of truck failures and the weights of various influencing factors.The analysis results show that truck failures have four main characteristics,complexity,hierarchy,systematism and randomness.The ranking of weights for failure influencing factors is as follows:service life>operating environment temperature>heavy load transport distance>lift height>driver's driving style>load capacity>operating duration>manufacturer,with the cumulative weight of the top five factors reaching 0.96.关键词
