Optimal Assembly Method of RV Reducer Considering the Influence of Dimension Chain

Abstract
The assembly accuracy and stability of rotary vector(RV)reducers directly affect the motion accuracy and service life,and the assembly dimension chain is a key factor influencing its precision assembly.Therefore,this paper comprehensively considers the influence of the assembly dimension chain and establishes an optimal assembly model for RV reducers.By effectively controlling the meshing clearance of cycloidal pinwheels,the precise assembly of RV reducers is achieved.Firstly,the sensitive relationship of the dimensions of the precision assembly components of RV reducers is deeply analyzed,and the key components affecting the assembly dimension chain are determined.Based on the span distance between the cycloidal wheel and the pinion housing,the assembly dimension chain was established to effectively control the gear clearance and thereby reduce the backlash of the reducer.Finally,through the comparative experiments of the dimension chain sequence assembly method and the manual trial-and-error assembly method,the application effect of the assembly dimension chain in precise assembly was verified.The results show that the construction and application of the assembly dimension chain can effectively improve the assembly accuracy and efficiency of RV reducers,ensure the consistency of the product accuracy of the reducers,and provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the effective control of the motion accuracy of the reducers.关键词
