摘要
Abstract
The characteristics and application of full fixed flat carding machine were summarized.The problems that were easily appeared in application of full fixed carding machine were analyzed,a series of measures were adopted,such as heel and toe difference fixed carding,thin base and large tooth pitch,large angle and short needle height,large tooth top and shallow tooth depth,thin tooth tip and oblique needle,high hardness and super wear resistance,large channel and high heat dissipation of cotton net cleaning cleaner,the interception,combing effect and impurity removal were improved,and the carding quality was significantly increased.It is considered that the mechanism of carding,transfer and impurity removal of full fixed flat carding machine have been changed,through the optimization and design of interception carding needle teeth geometric size,the impurity removal capacity of the cotton net cleaner could be improved,and the effect of reducing costs,reducing energy consumption and improving high-quality carding can be achieved.关键词
