摘要

Abstract

Taking the ceramic core of turbine blades as an example,the injection molding process and mold design of silicon oxide based ceramics were studied.The effects of process parameters such as material temperature,plasticizing pressure,injection speed,and holding speed on the performance of turbine blade ceramic cores were explored,and optimized injection molding process parameters for silicon oxide based ceramic materials were obtained,which have certain reference value for injection molding of other ceramic parts.
